Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MG

Cisco Meraki MG is an excellent partner for those who want to use LTE as a regular uplink ethernet for an Enterprise. It is easy to use and can be part of your organization's plan to have more HA and more redundant. At work, we use it to add a backup link.
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to configure
  • Easy to operate with other uplinks
  • If a PIN is detected and requires configuration, the cellular gateway will stop here until resolved.
  • Troubleshooting could be more intuitive.
  • You always need to check the proper signal of the SIM in order for MG can function. Any additional alert could be fine.

  • Implemented in remote sites when no other services providers can enter in.
  • SIM Cellular cards are cheaper than other ones.
  • Good Approach and amazing prices.
I have not sufficient words to describe how easy is to use Cisco Meraki MG, in fact, Cisco Meraki is a single pane of glass in which you can manage the whole platform from just one dashboard. Cisco Meraki MG is easy to install, easy to configure, and easy to operate.
Well, As I told you before it is amazing that you can operate and TS the whole system for a single pane of glass that is located in the cloud. The only thing that you need to guarantee is that every Meraki device has a DHCP IP and that they can go the Internet.
I really think that Cisco Meraki MG is an excellent product that can be used in any part of the organization when you need a backup uplink solution. As it is managed from the Meraki Cloud it is easy to integrate with your enterprise and any other platform you have in.

Cisco Meraki MG could be used in those scenarios when you need a backup WAN uplink. Ideal for remote sites where Service Providers have no easy connections or no connections like Oil Industrial sites, Manufacturing areas, etc, etc. Cisco Meraki MG is less appropriate in those scenarios where you have already more than two Service Providers, however, you can also use it!
