Network troubleshooting both internally and externally (ISP/SaaS facing)
Endpoint troubleshooting (Surface laptops) over VPN, work-from-home.

  • The licensing/cost model is unpredictable and frustrating
  • Unit based consumption has been a limiter for our investments into the tech
