Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Umbrella

We are using it for resolving URL, DNS malware protection, evaluating the web proxy. We started the POC on a single part of the company and we extended it to the entire organization. We are looking forward to deploying some appliances to detect which machines are trying to resolve malicious websites.

Cisco's commercial side and support were patient and always available. We had a very good experience. They followed the company in the implementation of the Umbrella solutions. The initial evaluation was very clear and the consultants were very skilled technically.

Appropriate for DNS filtering, web proxy, and applicative firewalling. It would be a great idea to integrate Umbrella with other products (for instance, Trendmicro) to improve the understanding of the potential malicious domain the machines try to resolve. In particular, it would cross the antivirus softwares data with the detected DNS queries.
