Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex DX80

We use Cisco Webex DX80 for desk-side VC requirements where a whole room would be overkill. We're also using these in partners' homes.
  • It's super easy to use.
  • It looks nice.
  • Sound and video quality is great.
  • UI and performance are great.
  • Build quality is great.
  • No PSTN calling via Webex Calling sub
  • These are so easy to use it's cut down on support calls. Users are able to use these without assistance.
We didn't evaluate other products. None really existed that were compatible.
I haven't had to contact support, but Cisco's support is always great.
This device is easy to use and gets better with each update. Users don't need to contact IT for assistance, which has been great. The UI is shared across the whole Cisco VC suite.

Cisco Webex DX80 is a great, easy to use video tool for home users and also on desks if the user is a frequent user of video calls. It's a shame that it doesn't currently support PSTN calling.
