Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use them for weekly meetings with people outside the office. It's also easier to connect with our supervisors, who may be travelling by using Webex Meetings. Outside of our weekly meetings, we use it pretty often for casual communication.
- Meetings specifically addressing work--planning, goals, training, teaching, etc.
- Also for fun--like parties at work and whatnot
- There needs to be improvement for mobile support
- Support for more participants
- I would say it has a positive impact on ROI
- It makes communicating easier--especially international communication
