We are using Cisco Webex Meetings throughout the company; each user has their personal room. It is a very useful tool in times of pandemic because at any time and in any place you can attend a meeting.

Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Cisco Webex meetings have higher security compared to zoom. Webex has the possibility of integrating with the entire Cisco solution, having the entire collaboration platform with a single vendor, this is not possible with other platforms.

It is a constantly updating tool providing new features. I only lower it one point for the cost of the solution compared to other vendors.

It is a fully scalable solution quickly and easily. It is not necessary to perform an installation on the users' PCs, just by providing the Webex account they can start using it.

Performance

Like any collaboration platform, it needs good bandwidth and high memory consumption on the user's PC.

Cisco Webex Meetings is a very useful tool for any company. Meetings can be held where all users can speak, events where only the hosts are heard, and even online classes, where breakout rooms can be set up to separate students into groups.
