Initially, Cisco Webex was the first collaboration tool used in our organization to meet with clients, the reason we started using Webex was that we expanded our sales operations, and the sales manager needed a tool to let them organize sales meetings and calls with the entire sales team. Cisco Webex Meetings gave us a reduction in our travel expenses and increased our productivity because we spent more time focused on the business and clients.
