Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

Currently, Webex Meetings is being used within my department and across our entire company. We use it for both internal and external meetings with employees and clients/customers. It is reliable and easy to use/understand for everyone. It's great at handling both small and very large attendee calls and presentations and helps all our remote employees feel included in the day to day office proceedings.

Pros

  • Very easy to set up and get up and running
  • Easy to schedule and host meetings for both internal and external parties
  • Simple and straight forward interface

Cons

  • The new way to present content and share screens can be a little confusing at first if you're used to previous versions of the product.
  • This has been a great product to help us keep our remote employees and partners consistently involved in day to day work and projects.
  • Meetings are more productive with everyone included and the video content helps keep people engaged and focused on the discussion.
  • Google Hangouts
Both great products but from experience, Webex can handle more participants and has better audio and video quality. Webex is an extremely reliable product which makes it easy to stick with it and continue to use against less expensive alternatives.

To date we've had no issues with limited or no availability for when we've need to use WebEx. It's always online and available.
We've had great success making WebEx work for us and our company as we continue to grow and expand. It does help if you're somewhat technical to make things easier to understand but once you get the system down it's easy to enhance and change it based on your companies needs.
From a performance standpoint WebEx has always been great. It's fast, everything loads quickly and we've had no issues with bandwidth or things not loading. We don't use a lot of the integrations, but from what I can tell it's not an issue.
If you tend to schedule/host a lot of large scale multi-locations Webex Meetings is a great product to handle large volume and large bandwidth meetings and presentations. We've never had any issues with bandwidth or audio/video quality as compared to some other meeting programs. It's extremely easy to set up, schedule and share meetings across several different calendar platforms. Overall we're very happy with the product and have had no issues since we set it up.

Cisco Webex Experience

Thanks to the ease of use of WebEx it’s made it extremely easy for our organization of 5000+ employees to easily become web meeting pros in little to no time at all with minimal training by our IT staff. We find all of the features extremely useful and they aren’t overwhelming or annoying if you don’t care to use them. Everything is clearly laid out and obtainable during the meeting.
To date we currently only use the meeting platform and do t rely much on the calling or messaging features unless we’re in a meeting.
Security is a big concern for us due to the type of work we do and the data that’s involved so it was great to know that WebEx has features we can rely on that don’t require any extra work or cost on our behalf. It’s all included in one package and ready to use. The fact that it’s web based and there’s nothing additional we need to install or have put IT team involved in from a PCI standpoint makes it a great value. It’s also great that we can control all aspects of the meeting from a host level and nothing ever gets out of control.

Webex Meetings Support

On the rare occasion that we actually need support, they've always been helpful and quick to respond. Easy to understand resolutions and great turnaround time for any problem or question we may have.
