Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Cisco Webex Meetings is being used to have external meetings, as we have to communicate with our vendors globally. Only the information technology department is currently using it, as different divisions are currently using Microsoft Teams for internal and Zoom for external communications and meetings. We have restricted all other divisions except information technology to use Zoom and Teams.

It is perfectly scalable and can be distributed to other departments as well.

Performance is exceptional and international and intercontinental meetings I have hosted have worked really well.

Likelihood to Recommend

Within the organization, we are using Microsoft Teams for internal communication and our project-based meetings like SAP. For most other things, we're using our Zoom license, which we procured during the COVID's peak to avoid physical contact between our employees and the third-party vendors.
