Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sharefile is currently being used by our entire company. We use sharefile to transfer files between employees outside of our office and also to send files to clients or media partners who do not have access to our internal shared file servers. We also use sharefile to quickly update and send new presentations for employees who do not have access to a VPN.

Quick upload and downloads when transferring files in a pinch.
Reasonable pricing.
For the amount we use it. We have got our money's worth.

Alternatives Considered

Dropbox for Business and OneDrive

They are all very similar but we chose Sharefile because its features were what we were looking for in a storage and transfer program. We are very heavy users and it manages to maintain and never go down with us where we have had issues in the past with Dropbox.

Likelihood to Recommend

Sharefile is well suited for transferring files when users are not inside of the current office. The transfer speed is fast even on slower connections. Have not have any issues with users not being able to download files even in a pinch. Would recommend for users that need to transfers a lot of files.
