Overall Satisfaction with Citrix Workspace
Citrix is used here as a dashboard that contains links to open a variety of software products we use to conduct our work. Given the nature of our work, secure access to confidential material is imperative, and Citrix is used as a gate to enter those domains. My role can access 18 different items in this way.
Pros
- Creates a dashboard to access software
- Allows users to securely login to applications
Cons
- Redundant features
- Extra, unnecessary clicks to access items
- Secure logins
- Organizing applications
- Unfortunately I can't speak to the invest made versus returns gained
Citrix Workspace allows for great control over what users have access to, and how they access those applications.
