Overall Satisfaction with Clari

We used Clari for recording and managing customer and sales call and internal calls as well. It also helps us build internal knowledge base for customer calls for all our employees within the organisation for various purposes. We can also share public password protected links of the calls to customers sometimes when they need to revisit the topic discussed during the call.

Pros

  • Recording the call on Zoom
  • Call Transcription and search
  • Invite users for free to watch teams call

Cons

  • The search experience is not good, it's super slow at times
  • Sometime the platform overall seems super slow even on high speed internet
  • It had intangible impact with slightly increased customer satisfaction because of the recorded call being shared with them
Overall the platform is great but had minor issues like search and I feel search is the most important part of such kind of tool where you'd like to pin-point or want to watch a specific part of the call. Other than that, sometimes the notetaker joins the call late because of which the first few seconds of the call might not be recorded.
Clari stood up good but because of better CRM integration and automation.

It's great when it comes to recording external meetings as well as internal calls. You can always share a public link (even the password protected ones) which help many times as lead/customers usually want to go through the discussion that they had with the team or even share with their colleagues who couldn't join the call. It also has slack notification when someone watches your call. Plus other features like CRM integration is also good to view customer/sales lead details and their calls.
