Overall Satisfaction with Clari

We use Clari every week for our forecasting and pipeline management

Pros

  • Give us a way to delivery on our total forecast, and pipeline to manage dealprogresssion
  • It gives ways to filter and sort specific regions or reps to give quick overview
  • It is a way to indicate any risk on deals and give this information directly to management

Cons

  • When there is maintenance done in the backend our total numbers disappear so would be great to not impact production environment when doing improvements on the backend
  • I think Clari can train more the champions at customer to drive utilisation rates in your customers
  • Efficiency
  • More focus from sales teams so better end results and ROI
  • time saved is more ROI
Because i never had issues with using the product it is more that the departments that need to set up all fields for the sales teams can use more training and guidance to quickly get the right results using Clari

in my week to week forecasting it is for a crucial tool as i deal with a lot of deals a lot of changing and moving parts so Clari gives me the overview so i can relay my feedback to management in an easy way

The ease of use needs to be simple and straightforward for sales to use it effectively
it is not up to me so i think pricing and functionality and ease of use are big parts of the decision making

Clari Implementation

No more the better there is a plan and technical support the business needs and functionalities can be created for the company to use it like that

Change management was a major issue with the implementation - that my company grows that quickly that with all changes internally it lacks of giving good training and instruction on new changes this can be more supporten also from Clari towards their end customers

  • missing data due to certain filters you cannot remove
  • total forecast number dissapearing when updates in the background are done

Clari Training

Yes you do need some superusers to help train teams faster but if it is configured well it will perform easy and you can learn quickly how to use it

Configuring Clari

No it has a huge array for all different kinds of companies to utilize and industry wide tested and constantly improved with data and usage
Make a good plan, do change management internally to prepare for training and changes and learning curve and make sure your needs are all fitted into the configuration
Yes - we have customized the interface extensively - not sure i believe this always takes time and a lot of work of people to get well configured for standardised usages of teams
I filter for my usage on my specific regions and district and manage my starts and sales stages to make sure i get an accurate forecast

Yes - yes it was resolved but was not the highest priority so look some time to get fixed
every week during my forecast it is exceptional in giving me the right data

Clari Reliability

Due to system error in metrics in SFDC sometimes i need to manually add numbers to my forecast that do not show up in clari
becasue end of year or around end of Q due to background changes my total number dissapear and make it hard in that week to see forecast numbers accurate
It always performs well and make sure i am good at what i need to do

Integrating Clari

It integrate very well with our SFDC and cannot complain about features there

make a good plan and secure a good team of superusers in all departments of your company so you understand the impact and benefits and challenges the change will bring

Relationship with Clari

We are also an IT vendor and work well amongst each other and know what technology can mean for a company
always good support and improvements to be done in a fast paced changing company
I believe the services provided to our company were always good to help with installing and improving the product
communicate and be clear in your needs and goals and what it means for your business

Upgrading Clari

  • clear overview in forecast and pipeline generation gives more time for closing
  • always more and better features
