Overall Satisfaction with Clarizen
Clarizen is used by 113 IT project managers from technology and procurement departments (not all organization). We use this product to manage procurement contract plans and technology projects. Overall it is a good product, but is lacking some resource management functionality and project governance processes.
- Easy to use. People can learn pretty fast.
- Only PMs have to have full license. All other resources/team members can use free e-mail license to update their projects.
- Project Schedule can be shared with anyone via widget (free).
- Customized reporting.
- Resource Management, What if scenarion analysis.
- Better Demand Management
- Portfolio Management
We got locked into good price and it is user friendly. Was good choice as we were establishing the IT PMO.
