Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

I believe it is just used in my department instead of WebEx. It allows us to make product presentations and hold training sessions on products with customers.
  • Screen sharing
  • Jumping to different sites/screens
  • I've experienced many glitches while sharing screens
  • Allowing viewers to take over the screen doesn't have very good functionality, particularly with typing
  • Really helped our ability to demo the product
  • Gives customers a much better idea of how to use the product than they would otherwise
WebEx. Very similar, but I haven't used it much. The ClearSlide URL is simpler and easier than WebEx so that's one positive.
I don't have control over this decision, but I'm guessing my department will renew.
If it will be a situation where the viewer will need to take over the screen a lot, not recommended. For general presentation scenarios it's usually good. I don't really send many slide presentations so I can't speak to that.
