Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

We use ClearSlide in Workforce Solutions-our business to business sales team. ClearSlide is used for prospecting new clients and engaging our current customers. In addition, we use ClearSlide for product or service campaigns with our clients and students.

From the field representative perspective, ClearSlide provides visibility into whether or not our message is being received and which part of our messages are more appealing to the audience. The feedback I receive from our representatives is that ClearSlide takes the guessing out of when and how to follow up on messages sent. In addition, they appreciate the tracking feature, it helps them understand where their messages are going within their clients.

From a leadership perspective, ClearSlide provides us valuable analytics into the activity and productivity of our team. We are able to coach through productivity gaps with solid data and share key topics that resonate with our clients to the entire team. My management team also utilizes the Live Pitch to share screens with their representatives regarding specific coaching topics or bottlenecks. We are a virtual workforce so the ability to share data in real time is important to our coaching.

  • It would be nice if individual users could set up folders for stored presentations.
  • Based on the analytics we've adjusted our messaging which resulted in a 15% increase in message views over the past 6 months.
  • The tracking has allowed our representatives to identify when presentations or contracts have been stalled or not opened. We've used this information to improve our follow up and ultimately it's increased our client conversion by 10%.
  • Through the campaigns we've done in Clearside we've seen an increase in lead generation by 20%.
ClearSlide is superior to WebEx in; ease of use, ability to store a catalog of presentations, functionality to complete an on the fly presentation and all the email capabilities.
ClearSlide is well suited for both inside and outside sales teams that need to share visual presentations with their clients. It is also ideal for larger sales teams that need the analytics of whether or not their messages are being received.
