Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

ClearSlide is used by members of our sales team to present materials to clients and prospective clients. This allows our team to provide a visual walk through proposals and capabilities presentations. Our team also utilizes ClearSlide's conferencing system to connect with multiple clients at once to present this information. ClearSlide makes it easy to send presentations through email as well as track who is viewing the presentation so that we know when to follow up.
  • Allows you to send presentations through email as well as tracks the amount of time the client spent on each slide. This is especially helpful when there are quotes included in our presentations so that we are able to see which option clients are most interested in and can follow up on the presentation.
  • The conference system on ClearSlide allow us to connect with multiple parties at once to present the information we are trying to get across.
  • I do not have any recommendations on how to improve ClearSlide
  • ClearSlide has allowed our team to provide better customer service when we are not able to meet face to face with clients by allowing us to walk through presentations and answer any questions about particular slides.
I have not used any similar products.
ClearSlide addresses the issues we have with not being able to meet with all clients face to face and allows us to connect with multiple clients through their conference system.
ClearSlide is well suited for any sales role where you are presenting information to a group of people over the phone. The service allows you to get your point across visually as well as verbally when working with current and prospective clients.
