Overall Satisfaction with Click2Magic

We have been using this live chat app to improve our customer support service. After installing this live chat software to our website, our customer support representatives are able to invite and communicate with website visitors in real-time and respond to their queries on time. Our fast response time has improved customer satisfaction. We would like to continue with this live chat software.
