Overall Satisfaction with Click2Magic
Click2magic is easy to set up and implement. We use this live chat app to provide better customer support and improve sales. We can add as many properties as we want. We have retained our customers and improved conversion rates without much effort. We are glad we had chosen the right tool.

- As mentioned, it had a positive impact on our business. We didn’t have a single visitor who did not receive support and proper attention when they needed us the most. Our chat agents can handle multiple chats at a time and route chats to other department teams because all our team members from different departments (sales, support, and marketing) can view and access the chat transcripts.
We have tried other live chat support tools. However, all of them had not met our goals and requirements. We choose Click2magic for its reliability, scalability, customization options, and affordability.
