Overall Satisfaction with ClickMeeting

ClickMeeting is being used in various departments of our organization and it helped in conducting a meeting with our colleagues as well as with our customers. It has helped in doing effective communication and we can connect to whoever we want without any difficulty. It helped in enhancing our business reach.

Pros

  • It facilitated us with private chat.
  • Good quality of audio and video without any interruption
  • Its screen-sharing feature is amazing.

Cons

  • Its pricing is unfair.
  • Its system lags with more number of attendees.
  • Its customer support is not supportive and responsive.
  • The quality of audio and video makes it look like a real meeting rather than the virtual one.
  • We can give proper presentations using its screen-sharing feature.
  • We can interact with our team.
ClickMeeting is a wonderful tool with all the necessary features essential to make a business meeting interactive and all this in highly reasonable pricing. But the case was the opposite for Bluejeans as I haven't found it effective because of low-quality audio and video and the price was also not favorable for us.

Our overall experience with the ClickMeeting is beyond our expectations. The quality of the video is just amazing as it provides HD quality of audio and video. It has multiple features like screen sharing. whiteboard and private chats. This is a great tool for business meetings but it is not a good large number of participants.
It is a deserving tool to be appreciated as it has helped us a lot and helps make our meetings successful. I can collaborate with my team in a well way and it has a lot of features to make a meeting successful. Moreover, in a reasonable price, it is a complete collaboration tool.
It is the perfect tool for business meetings. We are using it for some time and haven't faced any trouble with the quality of audio and video. Plus its screen sharing feature helps make the meeting more interactive. It is not appropriate if there is a meeting among 50 plus members as it starts lagging.
