Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ClickMeeting is a wonderful tool for communication. It is easy to use and it helped us in synchronization of our contacts and we can upload the story as soon as it is ready and make it readily available for our contacts to watch. It helped in the management of images and we can write press releases too. It is a highly creative tool and is intuitive.

Pros and Cons

One of its strengths is its contact management ability.
It made it possible for us to monitor stuff.
Using this tool, we are able to coordinate our team and we can better communicate.

The Customer service of this software is very pathetic and miserable.
I don’t like the price of this software.

Return on Investment

It makes it simple to generate online meetings press releases quickly and we can manage public relations via visual communication.
It is a simple tool with clear features that are easy to use for organizing online meetings.
Its Scheduling feature doesn’t work well for us.

Communique Conferencing

Communique Conferencing is sluggish software and is not good and had very limited features. It doesn’t have much flexibility as it is offered to us by ClickMeeting. The way it manages the contacts is unmatchable as we have experienced some tools including Communique Conferencing was not good in screen sharing, contact management or maybe it was the weakest part of this tool. Its contact management ability is worth appreciating as it has tools to filter out important and relevant media contacts.

ClickMeeting is the smart solution to host a virtual meeting from anywhere. The quality of the video is high definition we can never point a finger at the quality it provides. I am specifically using this software to make a connection with my business partners and I can share every nitty-gritty detail with them with much ease. Its most positive point is that I don’t need a stable and strong bandwidth to make it work with perfection rather it works so well even with weal bandwidth too. Furthermore, it provided us with a room in which we can add an unlimited number of attendees.

Support Rating

TeClickMeeting is a software that made it easy for us to arrange meetings. We can now communicate with each other without loss of connection and any kind of distortion as it works well even with weak bandwidth. In this software, we can add an unlimited number of participants to join our meeting. Apart from these two points, there isn’t any other downside of Teleport.

Likelihood to Recommend

This tool is so good for managing online meetings. We have been using it for a year and a half and haven’t found anything much that would bother us. Rather it helped us in a lot of tasks and let us share screen instantly. It is efficient in the management of contacts and Social sharing. Its analytics are simple and helps in measuring the results of our meeting. It helped in writing press releases and resulted in saving our time as we can effectively write and publish press releases.

A power communication tool is necessary for PR.
