Overall Satisfaction with ClickTime

Our organization uses ClickTime for tracking consultant's hours worked on projects. We also use it for employee expense report submission for the organization departments.
  • ClickTime expense report system and ClickTime app helps organization track and allocate project cost to each individual project.
  • Their website and ClickTime app is very user friendly and easy to setup in the initial phase.
  • Their website and ClickTime app tracks hours to each assign project very well and let's manager approve the hours that has been submitted by the employee or consultant.
  • The ClickTime app works very well and is simple to use, however, I wish to see regular updates to improve the design and the layout of the app.
  • The custom reports and templates for reporting hours or expense report should be updated regularly to include more custom reports.
  • Overall, ClickTime does a good job, just a bit of work on the website design and ClickTime App would make the experience feel better while using it.

Our organization was using Smartsheet to track project hours. We found out that our team was spending more time logging hours and didn't have the time to allocate these hours to their project. ClickTime solves that problem in our organization plus the added benefit that supervisors can approve those hours against the Job being done, now we use Smartsheet for program progress and contract deadline only.
ClickTime is well suited for tracking project hours and having a department head or supervisor approves the hours against project completion and progress. The system is very good for expense report submission.
Their system may not track real time cc transactions, you would need to enter each expense manually and sometimes that could feel overwork at times.
