Overall Satisfaction with ClickTime

We utilize ClickTime for reporting time for our hourly employees and managing billable time for clients by our therapists. It is being used across the entire organization and has made it much easier for us to track and report on hourly and billable time.

  • The mobile interface is not as feature-rich as the desktop version and not usable by us for billable hours tracking.
  • Great return on investment. Happy with the ROI.
All other programs we have looked at did not allow for us to create billable clients to track time against. They were simply time and attendance platforms for tracking when employees worked.
We have had a good response from ClickTime when we have needed to ask questions.

We love how customizable ClickTime is for tracking billable client and program hours. It does a great job of reporting each pay period. We simply wish the mobile interface was more feature-rich. Because we can only specify how long someone worked (and not the specific time of day those hours were at) on the mobile platform it makes it very difficult for us to tell if someone was working inside or outside of their standard business contract day.
