Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform

We use CMiC for our project management, financials, and payroll. CMiC helps us manage all the subcontracts/AP in one system, which along with payroll data is used for Jjb billing. Costing, AP, and payroll flow right into Job billing. We also do union payroll which CMiC handles very well.

Integration with Textura for job billing and Kofax for AP has been very successful integrations for us. DocuSign integration helped a lot during the pandemic for subcontract and change order approval.
The integrations for different platforms are still very basic. There are issues after patches are taken. CMiC needs to improve on making integrations more robust and easy to maintain. A few things we did like are the new R12 interface and logs. BI is there but needs easier to use so we can give it to users.

CMiC is strong in financials. If used for a job, billing with payroll works very well.
