Overall Satisfaction with CoConstruct
We use CoConstruct as the hub within our organization. We manage leads, generate contracts and proposals, do estimating, client contact, selections, scheduling, and warranty tracking all within CoConstruct.
- Estimating.
- Selections.
- Scheduling.
- Communication.
- Lead tracking reports.
- Ability to comment, respond, and create a dialogue around Job Logs.
- Virtually zero duplicate data entry.
- Good communication hub.
We have tried all the major products and some minor ones too.
Don't pick Buildertrend. We spent a year with them and discovered that they release beta-quality features. We signed on to their payment system, and it cost us so much time and energy to sort out the mess that it created. Their customer service was top-notch, but they rush to brag about new features that are not ready for the mainstream.
Don't even consider UDA Construction Suite. It's built-in a strange platform, and their customer service treats you like you're an idiot. When a feature does work right, they literally told me, "We're the largest out there, we have over 10,000 other users who have never complained about this". It was a disaster.
Buildertrend at least is full of nice people, but their processes of estimating, change orders, and selections are inconsistent and frustrating.
