Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures
As a group containing 12 companies and a lot of different brands we needed a solution where we easily can manage a large complex hierarchy of signatures, and CodeTwo is very easy to maintain. At one point we had a student worker setting everything up, without much introduction to the product.
- Manage a large scale of different signatures
- Make mobile e-mail look just the same, work from everywhere without the recipients' knowledge
- Great support and flexible in the user management
- Better support for e-mail aliases and corresponding signatures.
- Better branding
- Strict signature politic enforced
- Easy to maintain, hereby low cost maintenance
At one point we used another tool, but it was very hard to maintain and the signatures were copied into the physical devices, making it very hard to update.
