Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Without CodeTwo every employee had a different Signature, or caused a work burden if the need help setting it up.

With CodeTwo everyone has the same Signature and the work load is almost completely removed. Only need to make a few Signature central managed with group to add it to user and it work perfect

Support is great
Also a very large knowledge base
Software is easy to use

Maybe some more options regarding Shared mailboxes
Improved templates some are not that easy

Return on Investment

Initial cost is higher
But if you make good use of promotions on the signature it really helps for ROI

It works wel on smaller businesses like our business, it really helps decreasing the work load.
I would like to have some more instructions with differt options for making the signatures, was a little overwhelming.
