Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

One of the key business problems that CodeTwo Signatures addresses for us and covered in a brilliant way is ensuring brand consistency and professionalism in our email communications. By providing customizable templates and dynamic placeholders, the tool enables us to include relevant contact information, logos, and promotional banners in our email signatures. Even in a seasonal circumstance for e.g. Marketing events and Sales. This ensures that every email sent from our organization reflects our brand identity and conveys a polished image to our recipients.

  • Centralized Management for the Internal-IT
  • Template Customization, can be handed over to e.g. Marketing and Sales to create and maintain
  • Regulatory Compliance on signature looks, setup and brand identity
  • Dynamic content and attribute insertion due to IDP connection, in our case Microsoft 365 Entra AD
  • Mobile Device Support - this is already in a preview state, but it would be even better if the customization could be realized to ios/android devices as well, like we do for our Outlook clients on PC or OWA
  • More selections and dependencies for users to choose from. The brand identity enforce is good and fine, but sometimes there are people who want to change pieces of their signature or select their signature defaults, depending on customers, answers, etc.
  • Integration with 3rd Party Tools, as an integration to Salesforce or Hubspot could be helpful for Sales and Marketing approaches

Ultimately, our organization selected CodeTwo Email Signatures for Microsoft 365 due to its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and our current licensing model we use at Microsoft 365, robust feature set, very user-friendly interface, and reputation for reliability and customer support which is super fast and very well. CodeTwo's solution aligned closely with our organization's requirements for centralized email signature management, brand consistency, and compliance.

It is very well suited for Large Organizations with Diverse Teams, Regulated Industries, Brand-Conscious Businesses and Email Marketing Campaigns. It is not that suited for Small Businesses with Simple Needs, Organizations with Limited Microsoft 365 Licensing or general low Microsoft 365 usage or companies with a lot of hands-on mobile phone usage.
