Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Thanks to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, we can now finally manage our signatures centrally and no longer have the problem that every user has to set their own signature and thus finally keep up with the company standard. Previously, there were always cases in which individual users used outdated or their own signatures. In addition, it was often a problem that certain employees did not include their new titles from the latest training courses in their signatures, which meant that customers were unable to correctly assign contact persons. Thanks to the application, we can now use custom attributes to assign titles directly to employees and quickly include special banners for events in the signatures of all employees.

The implementation of the application was very simple. With just a few clicks, the Outlook add-in was rolled out and the first signature was assigned to a test group. From that point on, I was able to familiarize myself with the product very well with my team and get a feel for how we carry out a smooth onboarding. In the meantime, all our employees have switched to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 and send every single email with the correct signature. Administration is very easy for us. Adding new people to the signature groups works smoothly. We recently changed our entire signature to a new format. Within a few minutes, all our colleagues had the new signature, even without restarting Outlook. The product has shortened our daily support many times over and we are happy to be able to continue using it in the future.
Unfortunately, we have often had problems with CI-Sign. Rolling out the signatures often didn't work and the administration was a problem for our e-mail administrators every time. In addition, the support was unfortunately not good. All this is better with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. Above all, we are delighted with the application's outstanding support.

The application is ideal for companies that want to manage their signatures centrally within the company and want to prevent each user from having to maintain their own signature and probably forgetting to make changes to it regularly. It also allows you to quickly insert banners or images for events. I can only think of one reason when the software would be unsuitable and that is if you don't want mails from mobile devices to be routed through CodeTwo's servers. However, the mobile add-in is already in the works and in early access. I suspect that this disadvantage will soon no longer exist when the mobile add-in is fully developed.
