Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 with Exchange 365 to unify and simplify our email signature management. Before CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, users were individually required to create and maintain their own email signatures. This caused us significant marketing and branding consistency issues. Switching to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 allowed us to achieve our branding and marketing goals, to include consistency, as well as govern what is and is not allowed in a signature. It also allowed us to insert our social media links for customers to be able to visit us on various social media platforms. Users love the product, as well as the marketing and IT teams for its ease of use and simplicity.

Pros

  • Excellent signature editor. What you see is what you get.
  • Text placeholders work extremely well. User data fills in the placeholders exactly as you'd expect.
  • The number of sample templates are endless and fully customizable to meet your needs.

Cons

  • Support for users to be able to see their signature before sending (without the need for an Outlook plugin)
  • We have just implemented the product, so it is too soon to tell.
  • Helpdesk incidents regarding email signatures have dropped significantly.
The usability is next to none. The CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 setup wizard handles integration start to finish, with almost no user input. The only thing needed is M365 Global Administrator credentials to get the process started. Once those are entered, CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 handles the rest automatically in seconds. Once integrated, getting signatures attached to users' emails is only a few steps away.
We have not evaluated other solutions. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 was inherited as part of an acquisition. We loved it so much, we have plans to expand its use to the parent company.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is well suited for companies of any size. If you're using Exchange Online, there is no other product out there that can do what CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 does as easily and without hassle. The feature set is unmatched compared to the competition. I can't think of a scenario where it is not appropriate too use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 for email signature management.
