CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is used by the whole zvoove group. All companies get the same designed signatures with different legal information.
- Signature rules connected with your Azure AD information
- Friendly, good, and fast support
- It works just with outgoing email. Would be interesting to attach hints in the header of incoming external emails.
- Central management for IT and marketing department
- Easy to deploy for admins
- Cloud-product
We have not tested any others. Our admin has worked with CodeTwo Email Signature solutions for 14 years. When we started using it at zvoove, we googled some others but decided quickly to use CodeTwo. Previous email signatures were self-made by every employee since we managed them central by CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365. It is a budget friendly decision.
