Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using CodeTwo Email Signatures for both our Support Team and Accounts Department We find that it is the best solution to keep all our signatures uniform across all our devices such as Pc's, laptops, Tablets, etc. For our account department we find it easy to send out multiple invoices and statements without having to click into each email one by one and apply the signature, we now have peace of mind that this is being automated for us.

I find that the Code Two Email signatures are well suited for most organizations as in some places of business, not all employees have a PC or laptop and only answer emails on their phone, this is why I would say Code Two is well suited as the signature will apply no matter what device is being used
