Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

I got fed up with my Outlook email signatures coming through to recipients as multiple attachments, plus the hassle of trying to get the team to implement the same format signatures. We looked at using signature handling through Microsoft 365, but came across CodeTwo and couldn't be happier with it.

Once set up, it is a doddle to apply company wide signatures, with specific controls if needed, ensuring any email our team sends (from any device) will always have a company signature applied specifically to them.

The pricing is very reasonable and the support is first class, which seems to be a rarity with many software providers these days. Highly recommended!

CodeTwo is ideal for businesses wanting to enforce their branding guidelines throughout their team's email signatures. It is also easy to apply promotional material / banners to everyone's signatures without disrupting the team and asking them to manage the signatures manually.

Setting the signatures up requires some basic IT knowledge and experience, but once set up, the rules and signatures can easily be managed by anyone in the team.
