Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

Used as our standard signature for all employees. Split up into an address section and a marketing section with monthly new content (e-mail banner).

Since using CodeTwo we've been able to deploy a uniform signature for all our employees no matter which device they are using. Also, nobody needs to manually set up the new signature each month anymore which was always a big struggle for some employees that aren't very IT-oriented. The result was various different signatures throughout the whole company.

With CodeTwo we found the perfect, centrally managed, very good valued and easy to use signature program that suits all of our demands. In my opinion, the best solution in this segment.

Easy to use for small and mid-sized companies without a big IT department. Once installed, it can easily be run by a person without previous IT knowledge. Perfect for companies where employees use various devices to write e-mails (like a field sales team using cell phones).
