Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

CodeTwo is used to centralize the email signatures, and to simplify the management, saving time for the technical department. We are using it for the whole company, applying different signatures for each department and scheduling the use of banners based on our events. Thanks to its ease of use it can be managed directly from the marketing department.

  • Manage attribute from AD

Cons

  • The payments method
  • The graphic of web interface
  • Better reputation of the company
  • More participants to the events thanks to the banner
First of all the two product differs in the price, Exclaimer costs so much more and doesn't give you more functionality. CodeTwo is also more complete in functions and the signature designer is more complete and it gives you more possibilities.

When you have many users and you want that all the email sent from each clients (notebook, smartphone, webmails and so on), are looking more professional and with all the information required, and also all the promoting information (like banners). I don't think that there are companies where this solutions is less appropriate.
