Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

CodeTwo Signatures for Office365 is used in our whole company. With the C2 signatures solution, the different signatures of the employees are finally fixed. It is easy to handle the style of the first e-mail communication signature and the subsequent different mail signatures. The IT-Administrator can give some work to the marketing team without a problematic rights allocation.
  • Instant preview of my own Office365 Signature embedded into Microsoft Outlook.
  • The signature editor feels intuitive and modern, I also like the easy style to add the O365 Employee pictures and the C2 proposed templates.
  • Happy about the rules which you can handle the style of the first e-mail conversion signature and the subsequent different signatures.
  • Installation is really easy.
  • Nice solution to add o365 pictures.
  • I don't really think there is space for improvement .. perhaps an included icon or .png compressor.
  • It's a good tool for marketing purposes, so it is a passive positive company reputation which is not really in numbers to explain.
It's the most modern solution, I like to work with an effective editor with an intuitive structure. And code two is a big partner of Microsoft itself, with seamless integration of the Microsoft products.

The onPremisses Solution of C2 Outlook Signatures does not have the instant function to check my own signature. But in this classic solution, you may check it in the "sent" folder, which does nearly have the same effect. So actually, it does not matter. The instant preview of my own Office365 Signature embedded into Microsoft Outlook. The signature editor feels intuitive and modern, I also like the easy style to add the O365 Employee pictures and the C2 proposed templates. Our customers are most happy about the rules which you can handle the style of the first e-mail conversion signature and the subsequent different signatures. Well done.
