Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

CodeTwo is one of the several email signature suites we support for our clients. With me being an IT Consultant, we sell/support this across many departments and businesses of all sizes. It makes it easy for us to manage server-side client signatures for exchange online customers.

Pros

  • Server side signature management.
  • HTML signature editor.
  • Supports AD and M365 groups.

Cons

  • I think the signature previews could be tweaked to show the exact layout of how it appears for end-users, both on OWA and Outlook.
  • We support/sell the product.

I haven't tried client-side agents but the server-side signatures have been working just as it says when you configure it. The technical support experience I had with Szymon assisting to convert a flawed signature template to a completely working one was very much appreciated. He made sure the HTML tables were aligned properly both on OWA and Outlook formats of the signature.
