Overall Satisfaction with Cognism
We use Cognism for market research and lead generation, as well as backlink outreach for SEO. We use it to identify leads for both use cases, collect contact information like emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles, compile lists, and write and schedule outreach emails and set follow ups, and A/B test subject lines and sequences.

- Helping personalize email copy
- Building lists and exporting contacts to CRM
Cons
- The phone numbers don't always work
- Sometimes data export can be a little tricky, requires a lot of clicks
- UI can be a bit complicated sometimes
- Cognism has allowed us to generate leads for the business
