Good ROI but needs a few improvements
Overall Satisfaction with Cognism
We use Cognism as a Sales Intelligence platform. It helps us in identifying verified email addresses and mobile numbers of our prospects. Other than that, I use Cognism for leads list building and enrich a current set of leads as well. The quality of data is good, and we get less bounce emails

- The mobile number quality needs to improve as the connect rate is lower
- It should also add sub industries to contract the list and find ICP
- The AI assistant is not ideal
- The bounce rate is lower now by 50%
- The lead quality is improved by 20%
- We need all in one platform so we dont have to navigate between bundle of tools
Cognism is good in terms of email quality but fails in providing additional functionality of execution. Besided that the AI assistant fails miserably, that can be improved to provide and help sellers build leads list and maintain a pipeline. It should also recommend leads based on user's previous activity and so on and so forth.
