Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
At my prior company where I assisted with implementing Concur Travel and Expense, all employees were using Concur Travel and Expense. The primary business problem it addressed was making the expense reimbursement process more streamlined.
- Eliminates the need for mailing/faxing paper receipts.
- Reduces the amount of time spent on filling out paper reimbursement forms.
- Creates a method to keep track of outstanding expense requests without having to address via email.
- Continue to broaden eReceipt participants.
- Custom User Defined Fields based on department (i.e. dales department may have more fields required than a finance employee).
- Faster expense report processing time.
- Established travel reporting to ensure staff were compliant with company travel policies.
