Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense is being used by our entire organization, including our European, South American and Asian personnel. It is used to book travel and submit expenses for reimbursement. It makes booking travel more efficient and keeping records of expenses and reports is so much easier with Concur Travel and Expense.
- Concur is a user friendly program.
- It can be used to submit expenses for travel in the US and countries outside the US.
- I particularly like the fact that you can store lists of attendees for meals, etc., for reoccurring expenses.
- Entering names of attendees for an expense can be confusing, if you don't know their title.
- My biggest frustration was getting one of the approvers to approve the expense. I would like to see an automatic follow up function by Concur so that I didn't need to send reminders.
