Concur is GREAT! I love it!
Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense is used by over 2000 employees of this company for travel and entertainment expenses. Our users are in the United States, Canada, Mexico and parts of Europe. We used to use paper expense reports. Concur Travel and Expense is much easier, accurate, saves time and holds our data records for future review.
Pros
- Receipts are stored forever (so far anyway! :) ).
- Concur Travel and Expense is easy to navigate.
- Fields are designed to be manipulated as your needs change.
Cons
- I don't have many complaints about Concur. One suggestion: sometimes the system is slow including slow to open attachments...again, this is only sometimes.
- Some of our employees are still have problems with Concur Travel and Expense. My suggestion for Concur: before you "leave" a company you set up with your product, provide detailed training materials based on the needs of the business. Sit down with an expert (such as myself) at the business and set up comprehensive training materials. An example would be: how to itemize a hotel bill when different rates are charged per night.
I'm sorry. I have not compared Concur Travel and Expense to any other expense reporting product.
Sugar is integrated with our SAP system. This is behind the scenes and I don’t have access to that information.
I like the E receipt enhancement. It would be nice if the receipts were available for all transactions instead of just airfare, hotel, car rental and some taxi/rideshare companies.
Our employees like that they don’t have to save paper copies of receipts while they are traveling. They just take a picture of the receipt and concur stores it until the expense report is ready to be created.
