Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

It is being used across all geographies in at least 20 countries around the world for all employee expense reimbursements.

  • Approvals are easy on email
  • Extremely user friendly
  • No learning curve for new employees
  • Hotel expenses are tedious.
  • Itemizing expenses needs to be made simpler.
  • Bills need to be OCR enabled.
  • Faster reimbursement process
  • Increased accountability
  • Storage of receipt vouchers on the cloud
Much much better than Expensify. Way more controls in place, increased traceability, and back end reports are more comprehensive.
I am not sure of this at all.
Concur's auditor is a useful tool to quickly find gross errors.
As an employee, it's been excellent and made expense filing very easy. Especially with quick expense uploads on the app.
It's suitable for big organizations since it syncs very well across teams and geographies. This is especially useful for firms where employees travel frequently and need to seek reimbursements for their expenses. Given the costs, this may not be useful for small firms.
