Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur invoice is currently being used by the entire organization. We use it to automate and route our invoices so that we can pay our vendors.

  • Not paying invoices timely when they take days to show up
  • Duplicate invoices coming through and being paid twice
It doesn't really. They all have their pros and cons
A good scenario would be that if the vendor sends the invoice, it gets routed to Concur properly. It shows up in Concur within 24 hours after being sent. I code the invoice, and it moves smoothly through the approval chain and is processed.
A less appropriate scenario would be if the vendor sends an invoice, Concur doesn't capture the invoice or it takes 3-4 days for the invoice to show up in Concur.
