Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We mainly use it as an expense platform where EE's can go and upload receipts and get reimbursed for various items they incur over their tenure. It's used by all departments, but mainly for our sales and operations teams who are making the most purchased. It addresses our needs to house receipts in one nice spot, have managers approve the expenses, then run it through our accounting/finance team to process.
- Use management on the administrative side.
- Ease of uploading receipts.
- The travel assignment deal is not the best. You can sometimes find better prices on your own.
- Ability to make adjustments on the administrative side without having to go to support.
- Time saved for individual EE's putting in their expenses.
- Much faster reimbursement process than what we had before (everything was manual via email).
Yes, as we grow our sales team, more expenses are incurred. This helps us grow and be able to stay organized and on top of our expenses.
Employees have nothing but positive things to say about the platform. From the administrative side, it's very easy to set up new users, send them their log ins, and have them register their accounts and be ready to rock 'n roll.
