Feedback from an experienced user

Concur is used across our entire organization. We use it for all business travel and the tool is available for employees for personal travel as well. The travel piece is supported by an agency, Conlin, which makes our travel scheduling and management very simplified. From an expense perspective, it is also used by the entire organization. It centralizes all expense reporting and makes it easy for managers to review and approve individuals expense reports. As a user, it is also very easy to use the app to upload receipts and manage the expense.

Concur integrates directly with our payroll provider ADP. As expense reports are approved by managers, they quickly move to accounting to be processed and paid on the next paycheck. This has greatly reduced the amount of time it takes for an individual to receive reimbursement from their travel which has been a great benefit to traveling employees.

Really the main impact has been the speed of processing and the ability to have more insight into cost control. I would not say there is anything particularly innovative it has allowed us to do at this point, but we are also only a few years into using the solution.

The ability to control costs is the key here. Also, one central place for all people to go is very nice.
