Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
Concur Travel and Expense is being used across the whole organization, not just one department. Some of the business problems it addresses are expense reporting, expense reimbursement, expense approval workflows, and expense tracking. As a manager, it is important to be able to track the expenses of my department and monitor the trends.
- Easy expense reporting.
- Easy workflows.
- Using Concur to book travel could be improved based on schedules.
- The notification that certain expenses don't meet company policies seems to be incorrect in some instances.
- Definitely saves time assembling expense logs.
- I think Concur has made for a faster reimbursement process.
I have also used Expense Net to manage and report my own expenses. I have found Concur Travel and Expense to be much easier, simpler, and faster to use than ExpenseNet. The Concur Travel and Expense phone app is definitely a bonus compared to only web-based products like ExpenseNet.
I don't know what ERP system or other software my organization has integrated with Concur Travel and Expense.
Concur Travel and Expense has helped the organization grow in other areas like visiting clients and customers because personnel does not have to worry about their reimbursement process or have to navigate a cumbersome process.
By far, Concur Travel and Expense has helped reduce the stress of the reimbursement process and improved user experience of the travel process by integrating airline ticket orders and hotel reservations directly into Trip Reports. The administration of keeping receipts and adding them to trip reports is easier than ever with Concur's app.
