Pros

Mobile App: the mobile app is great and user-friendly. I love that you can take photos of receipts and store them on the app until you're ready to complete expenses.
Web App: this is extremely user-friendly, and it's easy to organize and track expenses.

Cons

We are always getting communication that the Concur website is down.

Return on Investment

We have a faster employee reimbursement process. You submit expenses on Monday and get reimbursed on Friday's paycheck.
It helps in managing department expenses and having visibility into department spending.

I went from manually having to submit a form to my boss so that he could approve and submit to payroll for payout on a monthly basis to leveraging Concur. With this system, I can submit as many expense reports as needed and track my expenses in a more streamlined, user-friendly way.

It works great when it comes to traveling and keeping track of receipts for expenses via the mobile app, rather than having to ensure you save all of your receipts for the end of the month. I can't think of any scenarios where it would be less appropriate; it's been very helpful at all levels for my team.
