Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

It's being used for our whole organization. It makes the entire process of creating expense reports super easy. It's simple enough to use in the moment that you incur an expense. I never miss a receipt. The travel notifications are also very helpful, there have been several instances where the app has gotten me where I need to go on time.

  • Notifications are extremely relevant.
  • The UI could be cleaner. It's easy enough but there is a learning curve.
  • The way the preloaded expenses are listed isn't intuitive.
  • Faster reimbursement.
I think the receipt uploading has been amazing. I am terrible at keeping track of receipts and this makes it easy for me to get reimbursed.
It made my life easier. The rest is not in my purview.
When traveling it Is helpful for coordinating who has bought what and for how much. It's the best and fastest way to get my expenses approved and refunded. It's never less appropriate, our company only uses Concur Travel and Expense for our expenses. There is no other way for us to get them done.
