Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
The entire organization uses Concur Travel and Expense to record both purchasing card expenses, as well as travel-related expenses. It addresses the business needs of organizational support for corporate-wide purchasing and travel logistics. The tool allows for easy travel estimating, planning, and booking flights, rental cars, hotels, and trains. It's an integrated system that connects to our corporate credit cards to help efficiently manage expenses.

- The tool to send in receipts is sometimes tricky. They don't always add in real-time, and they are difficult to read and determine which receipt to use when uploading multiples.

We used GetThere in the past, and the reimbursement process did take longer. It was still a user-friendly tool, but didn't have mobile capabilities. We also had to submit receipts manually, which was a much longer record-keeping process and involved a huge paper trail. This tool is much more efficient and sustainable.
I don't know all the different systems that Concur Travel and Expense are integrated within our organization. We have various departments that are in charge of all the integration aspects, and I'm just a professional user. I do know it connects to our email, internal policies, and travel cards, and likely through our SAP system.
This tool helps our organization evolve, grow, and adapt by incorporating user-friendly mobile capabilities. With more and more teams working remotely and traveling more often in a global company, we need the ease of use of a tool like Concur Travel and Expense to manage our workload efficiently and productively.
Concur Travel and Expense benefits our organization's users from an administrative standpoint immensely. It helped us remove the additional step of copying and sending out receipts manually to our accounting organization. This tool allows for receipts to be uploaded and sent through the Concur tool, and assists with paper record-keeping needs immensely.
